The EQi2.0 is an assessment designed to accurately assess strengths and blindspots, current level of emotional and social functioning and a vehicle for developing effectiveness in order to improve performance. The EQi2.0 measures five distinct aspects of emotional and social functioning:

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) is designed to provide businesses with information on the aspects of an individual’s behavioural style that will impact on their performance of competencies at work. The OPQ measures 3 broad areas:

  • Relationships with people (Influence, sociability, empathy)
  • Thinking Style (analysis, creativity and change, structure)
  • Feelings and emotions (emotions, dynamism)


OPPro (Psytech)

The OPP is short for Occupational Personality Profile and is useful in a variety of settings. It is mainly used for the selection and development of people at work and provides valuable information on personality styles. Styles indicated are:

  • Thinking styles

  • Work motivation


15 FQ (Psytech)

The 15 FQ plus is used for the selection and development of people at work. The tool provides valuable information on personality styles. It is particularly appropriate to use with professional and management groups. Relevant competencies measured are:

GRT 2 (Psytech)

The GRT2 is a general reasoning test and is suitable for non-graduate level applicants. It comprises three separate tests, ie. Verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and abstract reasoning. This test is suitable for roles such as junior sales, clerical jobs, supervisory positions, account clerks and certain technical roles.





The MBTI ( Myers Briggs Type Indicator) is a self report questionnaire designed to make Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. The MBTI results describe valuable differences between normal, healthy people. The tool is widely used for many purposes including:

ELSA literacy test

The ELSA is an English Literacy Skills Assessment. It quantifies a respondent’s English language ( and numeracy) skills performance, equating the competency-input performance level to that of a South African English mother tongue peer. The assessment is able to identify an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in an English language work/training environment. In essence the ELSA is able to indicate the individual’s equivalent NQF level of English literacy. The assessment is administered via paper-and-pencil method together with an audio component and facilitated by an accredited ELSA facilitator.


The CPP is an advanced computerised assessment designed to measure thinking processes and styles and to link these to everyday cognitive functioning. The CPP provides an indication of the levels of work reflecting the Stratified Systems Theory Model of Elliot Jaques. The CPP is useful in areas such as:
